Invites & Rewards

All free time is capped at 90 days in any 12 months per person (see section 6).

• Invite links are available only to members approved by SpotMI. If you are approved, you will see “Invite friends” in your profile with your personal link and code.
• We decide who is approved and may remove sharing access at any time. If access is removed, your code stops working for new sign-ups; friends who already joined with it still count.
• You must be 18 or older and have an account in good standing.

• An invite code can be used only on a new account, within 7 days of creating it.
• Each account can join with one friend’s code. You cannot use your own code.
• Joining with a valid code gives you 3 days of Plus straight away.

A friend you invited qualifies only when all of these are true:

• They created a new account with your code, and the account is active.
• Their profile is complete, with a profile photo and date of birth.
• They opened SpotMI on at least 3 different days during their first 7 days.

We check this automatically, usually within an hour of a friend meeting the conditions. A friend who has not qualified within 14 days of joining no longer counts. Referrals that look unusual (for example, many sign-ups from one person in a short time) may be held for manual review before they count.

• Milestone rewards are given once each, when the number of your qualified friends reaches 3, 10 and 20.
• At 20 qualified friends you also get the Ambassador badge on your profile. Beyond 20 there are no further free-time rewards.
• When a friend you invited makes their first successful payment for a plan, you receive 14 days of Plus. This is given once per friend.

• Each promo code can be used once per account.
• A code may be limited to new members, to a set number of uses, or to a date. Codes may be paused or ended at any time, and a code that has run out of uses or expired will not work.
• Promo codes have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged.

• Cap: each person can receive at most 90 days of free time in any 12 months, from invites and promo codes combined. Rewards beyond the cap are not given.
• Free time is added after any time already left on your current plan. If you already have a higher plan, you keep it.
• When free time runs out, your account returns to the Free plan automatically. Nothing is charged, and no plan renews automatically.
• Free time has no cash value, cannot be refunded, transferred to another account or exchanged for money or credit.

To keep rewards fair, you must not:

• Create fake accounts or multiple accounts to earn rewards, or invite yourself.
• Buy, sell or trade invite codes, promo codes or accounts.
• Send spam or misleading messages, or post your link where that breaks another site’s rules.
• Offer people money or gifts to sign up.

If we believe these rules have been broken, we may withhold or remove rewards (including free time already given), remove sharing access, and suspend or close accounts under our Terms of Service.

We may change or end the invite and rewards programme, or any promo code, at any time. Free time you have already received stays on your account unless section 7 applies. Changes to these terms take effect when posted here, and we will tell you in the app about important changes.
